Do you need a quote? Visit our quotes page above and send us some details on your order. We will have our team submit a quote back to you within 24 hours. After the initial quote has been sent we will be in contact with you to make sure your artwork is in correct format, as well as all pertinent information is linked with your order.
Once you are happy with your quote you will finalize your invoice by agreeing to the terms and submitting payment. Garments are ordered(if applicable) and we are moving into the next stage.
You will receive a mock up to ensure your artwork, placement, sizing/design of garment/file is the way you are expecting it. We will not proceed with your order until you have approved the artwork. Order approval means you are approving the artwork, placement, garment style, colors and sizing of all files.
Now that we have finalized all the computer work we get to the fun stuff.
Artwork is approved you are now in the production queue. This whole process from the time the order is finalized to shipping/pick up should take no more than 12 working days.
Screen printing - Apparel will be checked in, quality of apparel will be inspected, films will be printed, screens will be created, screens will be set up and the fun begins.
Embroidery - files are digitized & loaded into the machine, needles are threaded, garments are hooped, and we are ready to go.
Decals - artwork is finalized, files are set to be run on the machines.
Order is now complete. Tracking information will be provided via email, or you will be notified for pick up.
